As a new plant, GarliCare was nurtured by CAPA, finished and started operation in 2023. Covering an area of 26666㎡ and with the presence of offices, R&D centers, production workshops, and warehouses, GarliCare is deemed a biotechnology enterprise. We not only focus on the full use of garlic and ginger but also do research on other food additives and manufacture the plant extract.
Lead by the concept of “green, eco-friendly, sustainable”, GarliCare adopts the modern separation technology combined with the traditional steam distillation process, effectively solving the "three wastes" as well as maximizing resource utilization.
Endeavoring to an industry-leading position, we practice ourselves in the fields of basic R&D, cutting-edge technology tracking, and new technology of plant extracts by integrating the technology and R&D organization. In addition, we work with China Agricultural University, Hefei University of Technology, and Anhui Agricultural University to establish a platform for cooperation between industry, academia, and research, and to strengthen strategic cooperation with universities, scientific research institutes, associations, and organizations in the training of personnel, project cooperation, platform construction, resource sharing and other aspects.
We embrace the belief that "Small addition makes the better flavor", and work on bringing nature to our life. For now, it’s capable for us to reach over 100000 tons of annual processing capacity of garlic, producing different types of products such as garlic oil, allicin, garlic polysaccharide, garlic powder, ginger oil, ginger oleoresin, gingerol, and ginger powder which are widely used in the fields of food, medicine and dietary supplements. It’s possible to say in the history of garlic oil and ginger oil, we made all-round utilization and green scale production, filling the gap in this niche field.
