Joint Efforts to Strengthen and Expand Anhui’s Specialty Garlic Deep-Processing Industry！
On the morning of June 12, Zhang Qiguang, Party Secretary and Chairman of Anhui Agricultural Reclamation Group, led a delegation to Anhui Garlicare Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. for an on-site research and survey. They held talks on garlic industry chain upgrading, innovation, and market expansion, aiming to align development needs and explore synergies for specialty agricultural products.
Garlicare’s Chairman, Zhang Shiwei, thanked the delegation and introduced the company’s 20+ years of experience, core business, R&D achievements, and current operations. He emphasized their commitment to green, eco-friendly and sustainable development in garlic and ginger products, continuously improving processing skills and quality to transform traditional products into high-value consumer and functional goods.
Zhang Qiguang noted that industrializing specialty agricultural products is a crucial foundation for boosting rural industrial revitalization and driving high-quality growth in agriculture. China’s garlic industry, as a distinctive and competitive sector with strong economic returns and significant market potential, serves as an ideal avenue for extending agricultural value chains, boosting value-added products, and driving agricultural transformation and upgrading. He stressed the complementary strengths between Anhui Agricultural Reclamation Group (large-scale planting and full-chain services) and Garlicare (advanced processing and sales networks). He called for deeper cooperation to integrate resources and foster new productive forces in agriculture.
Chief Strategy Officer Guan Guanglong outlined the Group’s strategic role in food security and industrial upgrading, praising Garlicare’s technical expertise, clear positioning, and innovation capability in the garlic deep-processing niche.
During the visit, the delegation toured Garlicare’s R&D center, warehouse, and production lines, reviewing the entire chain from processing to by-product utilization and quality control. Party Secretary Zhang spoke highly of the company’s corporate philosophy as well as its accomplishments in the deep processing of specialty agricultural products and the intensive and refined development of the garlic industry.
This visit laid a solid foundation for future collaboration. Both parties will leverage their core strengths to expand Anhui’s garlic deep-processing industry, contributing to modern agriculture and rural industrial revitalization.
