The 27th Exhibition of Healthy Natural Ingredients & Food Additives

On June 15, the Forum on Innovative Development of Natural Food Ingredients and Raw Materials Industry, co-hosted by Shanghai Food Additives and Ingredients Industry Association and Shanghai BoHua International Exhibition Co., Ltd., was successfully held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). Wang Yiyou, Technical Director of Anhui Garlicare BIO-TECH CO.LTD., was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech. 

Centered on the theme Development Path of Functional Foods Based on Agricultural Product Processing, Mr. Wang drew on China’s abundant garlic industrial resources to elaborate on garlic’s medicinal and edible homologous value, efficacy of coreS active ingredients, deep processing technologies, key technical breakthroughs and directions for product innovation. He highlighted cutting-edge technologies including encapsulation, microcapsule embedding and spray drying, which effectively address prominent challenges of garlic products such as pungent odors, easy degradation of active components and low bioavailability. He also presented innovative application solutions of garlic across multiple sectors: condiments, nutritional health food, snack food, pet feed and biological pesticides.
